Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Motor Services Sutton Coldfield. By booking a service or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Appointments

All service appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.

2. Pricing & Estimates

All prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated. Estimates provided before inspection are non-binding. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and required work.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.

4. Warranty & Liability

Parts and labour are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This excludes wear-and-tear items. We are not liable for loss or damage unless due to proven negligence.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in a fee.

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on-site for more than 48 hours after completion may incur storage charges unless previously arranged.

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any modifications, faults, or known issues prior to service. We are not liable for undisclosed conditions or pre-existing damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
